Embodying an authentic and down to earth approach, I take the time to get to know you first, understanding how you live and connect in the spaces you call home. I truly believe life experience improves the design outcome. Having young children of my own has deepened my knowledge of what a house needs in order to maximise functionality for the demands of family life, and anticipating how a space will need to change as they grow. From initial concepts to spatial layout, finishes and fittings, everything I do is underpinned by the aim of creating spaces to live in, stay a little longer in and create memories in. Whether it's a kitchen or dining room that works practically for family dinners to happen more, spaces that flow so entertaining friends is simply better, or helping create a quiet sanctuary for you and your partner - for me, it's bringing to life these spaces people want to return to, time and time again.

An appreciation for quality pieces, which are simple yet purposeful in design are the foundations on which I select your ‘forever’ furniture and accessories to transform each space into a one-of-a-kind feeling . In this seamless offering, I can oversee the full interior styling process from selecting and ordering your furniture to managing deliveries, the installation of furniture and follow up with a final ‘zjoosh’ and style.

Not living in Canberra, but like my style? Or perhaps you’re moving home and need it furnished when you arrive. I can provide my interior design service remotely to deliver your perfect family home, wherever you are. We can use our digital platforms to connect, communicate and most importantly, pull together a beautiful concept for your home. I’ll engage with suppliers relevant to your location, and will send you fabric and finishes samples to experience before making your final design choices. VIRTUAL INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICE

If you don’t require a full interior design service, however, value a professional second opinion and require guidance on your interior design ideas - this offering is exactly what you need. In this comprehensive session, we'll talk through the spaces you need help with and I'll provide my feedback and expertise about how your existing or new furniture might work. We can use some of our time to work through my amazing book of suppliers to find the pieces you need, or play around with concepts you’ve been thinking about. As a result, you’ll have the clarity and confidence to move forward with a defined floor plan layout, concepts/colour schemes of the furniture or finishes you're looking for, and some leads on where to find them (if not the solution found already!). 

While this service does not include follow up documentation, you're welcome to take as many notes as you like and ask as many questions as you need.

DESIGNER POWERHOUSE SESSION

We’ll start with a complementary 30 minute discovery call to discuss your project requirements, design outcomes and timelines. I’ll gather your key ideas and wish lists, while we spend some time getting to know each other, and what you’d like to achieve. From here, we’ll either move to a Designer Powerhouse session or an initial consultation.

NO.01  LET'S CHAT

We’ll arrange an on-site meeting (where possible) to dive deeper into your vision and goals. As we walk through the spaces and/or plans you have, we can start to discuss colours, aesthetics, functionality and finished products. You’ll receive a detailed service proposal and timeline, and a beautiful digital concept board presentation to see we’re on the same (fabulous) page for delivering your desired outcome. 



NO.02  LET'S CHAT (INITIAL CONSULATION)

Once you’ve given me the big tick of approval and we’ve determined the project scope, let’s move forward with the design delivery. Depending on the scale of the project, we will meet again to get into the finer details of your space. Over the duration of the project, you’ll receive concept sketches, space renders, floor plans, full selections documentation and additional detailing ready for you and your building team to hit the ground running with all the decisions made.



NO.03  LET'S DESIGN

Once I’ve delivered all the documentation we need, don’t worry - I’ll stick around. If you’re building or renovating, I’ll work closely with your selected building team (or can recommend some great people) to keep your project on track. Then once the build or renovations are completed, I’ll come back and help you style each space with thoughtfully layered finishes and styling ready for you to enjoy your new home!
